Ticketmaster is the official ticket partner of Loew’s Jersey Theatre. Tickets can be purchased online at Ticketmaster.com

To avoid problems with counterfeit, stolen or voided tickets, guests are encouraged to purchase their tickets through authorized outlets only. Loew’s Jersey is unable to assist in validating tickets that don’t scan and were not purchased through Ticketmaster.

Yes, the box office opens two hours prior to all ticketed event’s doors time. Tickets are subject to availability, so we highly recommend purchasing in advance to avoid tickets selling out.

The box office at Loew’s Jersey Theatre is not yet open. Stay tuned for box office hours to start Fall 2026.

Yes. The venue offers tickets for wheelchair and mobility-limited patrons at all various price points. Please check Ticketmaster for more details.

Please note that a ticket purchased for a wheelchair space will not include a seat, so that a wheelchair can be accommodated in that space.

Children under 24 months of age do not require a ticket if they will be seated on a parent or guardian's lap. Children 24 months and older must have their own valid ticket for entry.

Guests under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times while visiting Loew’s Jersey Theatre.

For the safety and comfort of young guests, we suggest hearing protection be utilized for anyone under the age of 16 when attending live events.

All ticket sales are final. In the event of a cancellation refunds will be issued through the outlet of purchase back to the method of payment. Please refer to your point of purchase for any questions.

If an event is rescheduled, your tickets remain valid for the new date. On the occasion that you are unable to attend the new date Ticketmaster, or your point of purchase, will advise on any refund window policy, or suggest listing the tickets for transfer or resale.

Easily reached from throughout the tri-state area, public transportation is strongly encouraged. Loew’s Jersey sits directly across from the Journal Square Transportation Center, offering seamless access via PATH trains from Hoboken, Manhattan, and Newark(LINK TO PATH MAP), along with NJ Transit Light Rail (LINK) and regional bus service (LINK).

Parking is available at various, privately-owned commercial lots within walking distance to Loew’s Jersey.

Per N.J.S.A. 9:17B-1, all patrons who are purchasing or consuming alcoholic beverages must carry valid ID that shows they are at least 21 years of age. Our threshold for patron carding is anyone who appears to be less than 30 years old.

There is a limit of two (2) alcoholic beverages per person per sale.

Any patron who purchases alcoholic beverages for, or passes alcoholic beverages to, someone who does not carry ID to show they are over 21 years of age may be subject to further actions including ejection without refund or other legal recourse.

Photos, screenshots, or photocopies of IDs are not permitted.

In order to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for all Loew’s Jersey guests, we ask that all patrons:

• Subject themselves to a basic security screening upon entry
• Be respectful of others around them, and avoid blocking the stage view of other guests
• Not throw objects, dance aggressively, use abusive language or engage in other behavior detrimental to the experience of other guests
• Not interfere with the event or performers in any way
• Comply with direction from venue staff regarding operations and emergencies
• Not block aisles, sit on railings, stand on seats or any other building structures
• Not smoke or vape anywhere inside the theatre, including lounges and restrooms
• Not offer items or substances, for sale or otherwise, to other patrons
• Provide their ticket upon request of any usher or staff member
• Not occupy a seat or an area for which they do not possess a ticket for
• That consume alcohol please do so in a responsible manner

Patrons should feel free to report inappropriate or offensive behavior to venue staff or security.

Guests who violate the venue’s code of conduct or other policies may be subject to ejection without refund, and to the extent their conduct constitutes a violation of law may be subject to arrest.

In the event that a guest needs emergency attention, notify the nearest security guard, usher, ticket taker or go to the Guest Services desk located in the Grand Lobby.

In the event of an emergency evacuation, follow the direction of Loew’s Jersey representatives to exit the venue in a safe and calm manner. Upon arrival at Loew's Jersey, all guests should take a moment to locate the exits that are nearest to their location.

No. Once you exit the theatre you will not be allowed back inside. Please make sure you have everything you need before entering the venue and have accounted for all of your personal items prior to your exit.

Loew’s Jersey is a smoke-free facility, including no electronic cigarettes, vapes or any similar device. Failure to comply will result in immediate ejection without refund.

One non-glass, non-metal water bottle 18 oz. or less is permitted per guest, but must be empty prior to entry. Water refill stations are located within the Loge lobby (level 2) and Lower Lounge.

Note, water bottle policy is subject to change per performing artist’s request.

Trained service animals are welcome at Loew's Jersey. We ask that you notify us in advance at info@loewsjersey.com or at the box office day of your event so we can ensure you are seated in an area with sufficient space for the animal.

By purchase of your event ticket, the ticket holder hereby grants permission to DAE LJC OPS MGR LLC and its affiliates to utilize your name, image, likeness, acts, poses, plays, appearance, movements and statements in any live or recorded audio, video, or photographic display or other transmission, exhibition, publication or reproduction made of, or at, the event (regardless of whether before, during or after play or performance) for any purpose, in any manner, in any medium or context now known or hereafter developed, without further authorization from, compensation to, you or anyone acting on your behalf.

Under the New Jersey Smoke-Free Air Act, the Loew’s Jersey is a non-smoking/non-vaping facility.

For safety reasons, guests will be refused entry if they are in possession of any of the below prohibited items. If found inside the venue with a prohibited item, the item will be confiscated and the guest may be subject to ejection without refund.
The following items are NOT permitted:

Large bags or backpacks larger than 14″ x 14″ x 6″ in size (only small personal bags or purses are permitted). Some events may enforce a modified bag policy.

Umbrellas, selfie sticks, tripods, monopods

Cameras with interchangeable/detachable lenses, lenses over 2.5″, or external flash

GoPro Cameras

Drones or remote-controlled aerial devices/toys

Audio/visual recording devices or speakers

Outside food, beverage, or alcohol

Cans, flasks, glass containers, or metal vessels

Exception: reusable water bottles as described above

Laptops/computers or tablets that do not fit into a 14″ x 14″ bag

Two-way radios

Weapons (firearms, pepper spray, pocketknives, mace, sprays, etc.)

Quantities of prescription drugs beyond an individual, reasonable dose

Illegal drugs or substances

Flammable liquids, aerosol cans, or permanent markers

Flashlights, laser pointers, flares, or fireworks

Noise-making devices (i.e. air horns, whistles, bells, vuvuzelas, etc.)

Balloons, balls, or projectiles

Skateboards, Segways, scooters, rollerblades, bicycles, hoverboards, or strollers

Coolers (hard or soft), ice chests, folding chairs, or picnic baskets

Animals or pets (only licensed and harnessed service animals are permitted)

Unapproved pamphlets, handouts, ads, or flyers

Clothing, garments, or signs displaying explicit language, profanity, or derogatory characterization toward any person(s)

Signs, flags, or banners exceeding 11″ x 17″ or attached to a pole/stick. Signs may not display obscene or offensive language and/or pictures. Management reserves the right to prohibit or remove a sign at any time.

Some events may require that mobile phones and other electronic devices be bagged in a sealed pouch provided by the promoter for the duration of your visit, making them unavailable while inside the venue.These events will be clearly identified during the purchase process on the Ticketmaster website or app. If you have any questions about requirements for the event you hold tickets for please check the Loew’s Jersey event page HERE.

Loew’s Jersey Theatre reserves the right to prohibit additional items as deemed necessary or per event requirements. It is the sole responsibility of each guest to make proper arrangements prior to arrival at the venue to meet event security screening requirements.

Yes. A variety of food, snacks,alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are available for purchase throughout the theatre during most events. Food and beverage offerings may vary by event.

Loew’s Jersey is a CASHLESS venue. We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as other mobile payment options. A reverse ATM machine, to convert cash into a debit card, is available on site and can be used throughout the venue.

Events that offer merchandise will have those items available for sale within the Grand Lobby. Merchandise pricing and availability is at the discretion of the event organizer and varies per event.

For safety purposes, bags larger than 14″ x 14″ and backpacks of all sizes are not permitted in the theatre. Small personal bags and purses (under 12"x12") are subject to search at the door.

Yes. Self-service, rentable lockers are available at the theatre for guests who may choose to store personal belongings. These lockers are located to the right of the main lobby entrance and are available on a first-come, first-served basis, They are not available to be reserved in advance.

iPhones and other personal mobile devices are allowed as long as their use does not disturb performers or other patrons. We ask that you please TURN OFF YOUR FLASH while inside the theatre.

Utilizing iPads and other tablet-size devices for photos or filming is not permitted.

No professional cameras are allowed during Loew’s Jersey Theatre events, this includes cameras with interchangeable / detachable lenses, lens of 2.5” or greater, external flash and/or GoPro cameras.

Video and audio equipment, recording devices, selfie sticks, professional cameras are strictly prohibited at all events.

Management reserves the right to remove any event patron who interferes with the enjoyment of fellow guests and/or the performer.

Reproduction of photography captured at any event at Loew’s Jersey Theatre for commercial purposes is prohibited without the written consent of HBSE.

Loew’s Jersey offers coat check service during the colder months, available from Labor Day through Memorial Day for most ticketed events.

• Cashless payment only
• Reverse ATMs are available on site for guests who need to convert cash to a prepaid card

Please note that coat check availability is subject to event operations and capacity. Oversized items, luggage, and prohibited items will be accepted on a case by case basis. We encourage guests to retrieve all checked items promptly following the event.

Yes. If you believe you left an item at Loew’s Jersey Theatre, please email lostandfound@loewsjersey.com with a description of the item, the event you attended, and your contact information. Our team will contact you if your item is located.

Yes. Loew's Jersey is committed to being accessible to all patrons. We offer wheelchair-accessible seating and restrooms. Please notify the box office when purchasing if you require specific accommodations.

Restrooms: Wheelchair accessible restrooms are located within the Lower level and Loge lobby (level 2). Use the elevator located on the theatre’s south side (near the Lobby staircase). Please ask a staff member for any assistance you may require.

Our main entrance on Journal Square Plaza is equipped with automatic doors and street-level access to the orchestra level.

We are happy to coordinate an ASL interpreter for any show. To request one please reach out at least 3 weeks prior to the show you're attending to us at info@loewsjersey.com

We have assisted listening devices available for use. Please inquire at the Guest Services desk in the Grand Lobby. A driver’s license or other ID will be required as a deposit for the device.
