Event Day Guest Experience

We're directly across from Journal Square Transportation Center, served by PATH, NJ Transit rail connections, and regional buses. Parking nearby is limited, so public transit is the way to go.

Ticketmaster is the official ticket partner of Loew's Jersey Theatre. Buy through Ticketmaster to avoid counterfeit or invalid tickets.

Children 24 months and older need their own ticket; younger children may sit on a parent or guardian's lap. Guests under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

For everyone's safety, the following are not permitted:

• Bags or backpacks larger than 14″ x 14″ x 6″ (some events enforce a stricter bag policy)
• Umbrellas, selfie sticks, and tripods
• Cameras with detachable lenses or external flash
• GoPros and audio/video recording devices
• Outside food, beverages, or alcohol
• Cans, flasks, glass, and metal containers
• Weapons of any kind
• Drones, laser pointers, and noisemakers

One empty, non-glass, non-metal water bottle, 18 oz. or less, is permitted per guest. Refill stations are in the Loge lobby (level 2) and the Lower Lounge.

Policy may change at the performing artist's request.

All major credit and debit cards are accepted, as well as other mobile payment options. A reverse ATM machine, to convert cash into a debit card, is available on site and can be used throughout the venue.

Once you exit the theatre you will not be allowed back inside. Make sure you have everything you need before you enter.
